About Us

Carol has over twenty years of experience working with adolescents, adults and families dealing with issues pertaining to depression and anxiety disorders, past trauma, stress and anger management, family and relationship difficulties, behavioral problems, positive decision making, substance abuse, and grief/loss.  As the wife of an Air Force veteran, Carol has a comprehensive understanding of the issues and difficulties facing service members and their families. She also has extensive experience with developing and facilitating various groups, to include leading groups in the public school setting and working as an Intensive Outpatient Therapist. Carol obtained her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska. 

Carol holds the following license in the state of Nebraska:
